Story : An officer of the American army brings sad news to the Frost family: their son and brother Andy has been killed in the line of duty, during the war. His mother Maria, shocked, refuses to believe the messenger. And she seems to be right as the same night, Andy is back home. His behaviour is more than strange and, at the same time, horrible murders occur in the area.
One of the great movies of Bob Clark, author of Black Christmas the same year, forerunner of the slasher film before John Carpenter's Halloween. Behind the faded curtains of the genre (the post-Romero zombie movie), one of the first feature films to evoke the Vietnam trauma.
7 Weeks was founded in April 2006 in Limoges. The EP B(l)ack Days (2007) then All Channels Off, their first album (2009), fruit of 3 years spent creating a wall of sound inspired in equal parts by stoner music, the post-grunge scene and the rock heavy, have spread the group's name and put them on the road: 150 concerts in France and Europe, with the support of Suicidal Tendencies & Infectious Grooves on the early 2010 French tour. The band has also performed with Placebo, Arctic Monkeys, The Datsuns, The Vibrators, Mass Hysteria, Lofofora... 7 Weeks prepares a new album for 2012, with as a side project a concept album based on the film Dead Of Night by Bob Clark.
