Story : Without any dialogue, Baraka is a meditation on the history of the world, using the only existing universal language: image, sound and music. In 70mm format, the director and his team have been travelling the world for fourteen months, daring to go to the most remote and rarest places on Earth.
In Sufi language, "Baraka" means "breath of life". Hard to find a more noble title to define this sublime succession of images, of telluric intensity, that gives the feeling of dancing with angels.
