Lin, a high school student, is regularly humiliated by Ren-Ho and his gang. When Lin is wrongly accused of theft, he ends up in detention with his bullies. Gradually inducted by the gang, he discovers a mysterious creature in the high-school basement.

In our last edition we showed you Adam Tsuei’s The Tenant Downstairs, written by Giddens Ko. This time the latter is behind the camera, after You Are the Apple of My Eye (produced by the same  Adam Tsuei), which already was an untypical teenage comedy. Here, fantasy and horror create a disturbing atmosphere, where cleverly dosed humor is salutary.  A tasty cocktail!
