Up among the stars

Since his wife died, Victor has become an alcoholic. He's lost his job as a director and spends his days imagining scenarios that he tells to his nine year old son Ingmar.

Recently, Álex de la Iglesia (Day of the Beast, 800 bullets) founded Pokeepsie Films, to produce not only his own films (El Bar, Perfectos Desconocidos), but also those of promising young directors, like Zoe Berriatúa, who saw his previous and first feature film Los Héroes del Mal come out of the maestro's unit. Once again their collaboration is successful, with this initiatic tale close to Terry Gilliam's fabulous Fisher King and Tarsem's The Fall.
