A young russian girl who came to New York, attracted by the American dream, runs  out of money and decides to go home by way of the Pacific coast. So she crosses the country on foot.

A first feature film for Austrian Andreas Horvath relating this journey, inspired by a true story, and carried by the great talent of photographer and artist Patrycja Planik. An elegiac and grandiose quest, reminiscent of the great New Hollywood movies, beautifully directed by Horvath and produced by the great Ulrich Seidl (the Paradise trilogy, The Basement).
