As they were said to be missing, Duane and his brother are back. Hunted down, they are hosted in a in a house used as a shelter for monsters of all kinds, run by the mysterious Granny Ruth.

Generous when it comes to twisted scenes, such as this very «special» child labor scene, this sequel, made with a more significant budget, replaces the sordid tone of the first film with an excessive burlesque and unpolitically-correct sense of humor. This time, characters are very delirious - designed by Gabe Bartolos - and make a surreal monstrous parade, that would probably make Tod Browning jealous.
