Some mysterious murderers, whose common trait is a rare blood group named « Rhesus Zero », assassinate international figures. Secret Agent Al Pereira starts investigating, reluctantly.
This second collaboration between Jean-Claude Carrière and Jess Franco is a semi-spoof spy film, who takes the best from Eddie Constantine’s presence, eternal Lemmy Caution. The actor, who plays Al Pereira (a recurring character in Franco’s work), is at ease with the obsessions and the universe of the filmmaker, made of jazz music, SM erotism and loony scientists. He’s so at ease that he’ll do another film with Franco, Residence for spies.
