Shot between France, England, Switzerland and the United States, this fascinating documentary follows Alejandro Jodorowsky's Don Quixotesque attempt to adapt Frank Herbert's novel _Dune, _in 1974. After a couple of years of gigantic preproduction, the project fell through, however, the artists who gathered around this Pharaonic project kept working together.
Beyond a remarkable work of investigation, the film is a beautiful testimony on the rage to create and the issues encountered by all visionary artists.
