Un cabinet d’avocat est mis en quarantaine, ce qui empêche toute sortie des employés… ainsi que des fraîchement licenciés, tel le jeune Derek. Les militaires entourent le bâtiment, tandis que certains collègues semblent pris d’une folie meurtrière…

Joe Lynch est un amoureux du cinéma horrifique et gore. Après avoir débuté sur la suite de Détour Mortel, il a participé à l’anthologie Chillerama, puis continué dans la voie avec le geek Knights Of Badassdom ou le musclé Everly avec Salma Hayek. Ici, il réunit deux habitués du genre (Stephen Yuen, vu dans The Walking dead et Samara Weaving, croisée dans Ash vs Evil Dead) pour un rollercoaster énergique et décapant. LA comédie de cette édition.
