Très jeune, Jordyn a été adoptée après le décès de ses parents. À vingt ans, il est temps pour elle de découvrir ses racines et la vérité sur ses origines pour le moins démoniaques…

C’est avec déférence que le jeune cinéaste Jason Bognacki rend hommage aux maestros transalpins : à Dario Argento et Mario Bava en particulier, et au giallo en général. Plus largement, on retrouve des traces de La Malédiction de Donner et Rosemary’s Baby de Polanski. Façonné comme un labyrinthe surréaliste, ce conte postmoderne ultra léché nous emporte dans une quête vénéneuse et maladive. Un premier film prometteur et voué à devenir un petit classique de l’horreur indé.
